Dear Dad, (AkA the father i never had) From the Son & Daughter you never knew Hey whats up man? How are you ? Its been so long since we spoke whatchu been up to? Damn i really miss you dude, And i hate the memories i recollect and theyre so far and few but any who. I hope life has been swell and has treated you well and if not... i can relate because its been giving me hell. Going day after day and week after week wondering why you never cared that we didnt and dont speak And why you never bothered to be a FATHER to YOUR son and daughter And the only memory embedded into me is trying to determine if youre the enemy and yet you walk around like in this life you have no stress or regrets that in the exam of being a dad you failed the test by not showing up, and missing us growing up Dont you know you could have called and just said whats up? That would have been more than the absence of your presence, of not being a teacher to teach us the life lessons of how to be come a man and lady that develops a plan instead of wondering when well see you again because in and out of our life it seemed like you were on a mission to be inconsistent.
