Dear FB Friends.. Perhaps you have noticed I have been posting material related to a band I played with circa 1994-1997-ish. Until recently, there had not been much footage documenting our live performances. With the upcoming, digitally re-mastered re-release of our second and final studio recording, I figured I would dedicate my social platform to compiling related materials in order to share with those who may be interested. I particuarlly dig this video because it documents an all ages record release show we played in celebration of a heavily rehearsed and calculated accomplishment as a group. Despite the occasion, we still challenged ourselves artistically to reach beyond performing the recording with zero regard, yet immense respect for what was being enjoyed, or witnessed. This, in my opinion, is a perfect documentation of our collective ethos as a group..meaning..the end justifies the means. Im not a music critic, nor do I stand to gain from any promotion of any kind. I am merely a person who participated in a project that has garnered artistic merit over time. I am, however happy to exclaim my exuberant acceptance of taking part in something that affected others in a positive way. It is my intent to create a dialogue about Boys Life for those who would appreciate to share positive experiences..Friends and Fans only..I am not a blogger, so save the negative trolling for some other shit..If you have personally never taken part in an artistic endeavor with public implications, I would advise you to refrain from posting on this thread..If you have made music, art, worked in a kitchen, worked as a trade professional, struggled as a creative, opened a related business, spilled blood, burned bridges or just generally sacrificed yourself for lifelong friendship and the greater good..please take part in the conversation.
