Dear Fellow Vermonters! NYC has been wonderful to me! However, I am excited to return to my hometown of Burlington. This coming year, in addition to teaching classes for Parks and Recreations, the book Port of Vermont will ultimately be the main focus of my time. Please take a look at this link to see if you may want to contribute to the project. In 1996, I began Port of Vermont to focus on local artists and Vermont Culture because I believe in the value of sharing and promoting Vermont culture. Vermont is a welcoming place, as you know, that inspires artists and musicians of all kinds who can than live our life-style, while creating from the heart. What would you want to express to newcomers and tourists about Vermont Culture, as they enter our state for the first time? Your perspective is important to this project. Let us hear from you. Create, either as a writer, poet, historian, crafts artisan, folk artist, or as an expert in the arts, music, schools, libraries, or perhaps as a museum director, business person or architect. There is solid support for Port of Vermont and the projects that will follow which has grown over the past year, since this sample book was made know. We are happy to report that many wonderful experts will be contributing. And, we have a spectacular editor ready to go to town! With Port of Vermont, your perspective is welcome!
