Dear Friends, I want to thank you for your support of my campaign for Myrtle Beach City Council. While the result was not what any of us would have hoped, that is the nature of politics. I remain confident that with your help, City Council will use common sense fiscal conservative legislation to move the City of Myrtle Beach in the right direction. I am profoundly grateful to you and to the scores of others who invested their time, talent and money to support my candidacy. We all share the basic belief that in order for our city to thrive again, our leaders on city council must stop deficit spending and eliminate the escalating crime and city debt. I have no regrets. We ran an honorable campaign and everyone involved gave it their all. I have met hundreds of folks whose stories have inspired me, made new friends, and reconnected with many lost friends. I will always fondly remember the experience and those that shared it with me. The battle was lost but the war goes on. United together, we will make Myrtle Beach a safe world class city and resort.
