Dear Friends It is interesting to see how things evolve. It becomes always more clearer to me that friction and confrontation are one of the most important tools for building a innovative and growing environment. I would like to take this chance and thank everyone that has been participating on the process of the creation of Agora and Apoio.co. For their time dedication and energy. Sometimes is hard to see the big picture specially once being involved in a particular part of the process. As testimony of this stories I can see those affords transforming beautifully and becoming part of a bigger collective learning curve. I would also like to express that if within this process I have been unfair or unjust to somebody, please come talk to me and lets try to find a way to clarify it I try to handle from my best intentions and know that I still have a lot to learn so please always feel free come with constructive criticism.
