Qualification – Any Graduate Experience - 1 years to 3 years Domain – Customer Support / Customer services/ Incident Management. • Operation Goals: As per Score Card • Day to day operations : o Taking escalations that are directed to SE o Ensure that customers receive entitled services to their full satisfaction. o Identifying feedback/learning for TS – as and when identified/ required o Undergoing refresher trainings – as and when required o Documenting and reviewing the different operations of the process. o Reporting and Analyzing trend on Center/ Technology/ Customer basis o Is readily available and responds to customer issues in a timely manner • Identify Training requirements & Deliver trainings • Reviewing the cases and providing inputs and directions to CSE • Follow up and analyze case trends and formulate an action plan on how those that negatively impact customer satisfaction and/or operations can be eliminated • Apprise and involve management of the team if required. • Audit Service Requests worked upon by the team, and provide analysis and improvement feedback to the Manager who will pass it on to the specific engineer. • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders in all the TS centers to allow smooth, efficient and positive working relationships. • Actively suggest improvement initiatives to the management team to enhance the India PSTS service delivery, customer satisfaction and team dynamics • Assist and advise the management team in formulating the policies and procedures for the India PSTS Operations • Adherence to company process/ polices Candidates meeting the above eligibility criteria can appear for the selection process as per the below mentioned schedule: Location Gurgaon Date July 13, 2013 (Saturday) Time 10.00 AM – 2:00 PM Venue Aricent Group Plot 16, Electronic City Sector 18 Gurgaon-122015 Contact Person Mohit Parmar Terms and Conditions: • Candidates will be expected to make their own arrangements for travel and accommodation. • To avail the referral bonus, candidates must mention the referrer’s employee ID at the time of interview. • All terms and conditions of the Aricent iRefer program will apply. • All profiles shall undergo a duplication check before being credited to a particular source/employee. • Candidates who have appeared in last 6 months are not eligible.
