Dear Friends, We are so thankful for this new day and for the fact that we still have three beautiful children here with us. It is a little bit difficult to update these days because everything changes so quickly. But here is where were at right now... It was a rough night for Malachi. For some reason his lungs began to collapse in the middle of the night and they had a hard time getting him stabilized. He also had a dramatic drop in platelets, so they are concerned either that he has in infection or that he is bleeding somewhere. He will have a brain scan today to make sure his brain has not started to bleed again. Ellanie is still hanging on. She is still very critical but God has chosen to sustain her this far. Her poor little body is very swollen and full of fluid so we are praying that her little kidneys will hold out as well as her heart.
