Here is a brief history of Maha Al-Sibai’s achievements and awards; 2001 - Won first place in the World Gold Councils Arab Gold Contest for design in the formal jewellery category 2002 - Won first place in the World Gold Councils Arab Gold Contest for design in the daily wear category 2002 - Earned a Certificate of Excellence for achievements in jewellery design from the World Gold Council 2003 - Earned a Certificate of Excellence as a finalist in the World Gold Councils Gold Virtuosi 2 in Italy 2008 - Earned an HRD Diamond Grading Certificate from Antwerp, Belgium 2009 - present Private jewellery exhibitions and shows in the UAE, Lebanon, Syria and some GCC countries 2013 - Opening the first Maha Al SIbai signature jewellery boutique in Dubai 2014 - Jury member for Abu Dhabi Jewellery Design Award Lastly, Maha also happens to be my sister and purely on a personal level, I am deeply proud and honoured to be a part of her jewellery art and design business.
