Dear Harvey House in Palo Alto California, I am the one to whom had lived there in 1980. I also had General Assistance and had a contract that had no social workers allowed. I also paid my room and board back in 1990 to the State of California by narrowing the 3,500 plus from my mother in law and paid her back before she died in 2011. I also broke my neck at work in California in 1993 and was fired left with no insurance and paid for all four major surgeries and hope the claims the state is black mailing today in reference to their own bankruptcy of the state to be negligent in all aspects of me.
