Dear Hoopers, After our first round of hoops went out, it’s exciting to see many of you making your own patterns. We are also getting feedback from other users that identified some inconsistencies. After some testing by our engineer we detected some variations with certain LED patterns in regards to timing. We are upgrading the software to adjust that potential variation of timing to ensure optimal performance for you. As such, we may experience a delay in delivery this week as we will temporarily hold shipment until we can approve the working upgrade. We will keep you posted as we develop further information. We have received an amazing response from those hoopers who have begun to create and upload their own patterns and they are excited and impressed with the hoops capabilities.
