Dear Indian Railways, Instead of providing e-ticketing and wifi on railway stations, why cant you improve your basic service? Getting passengers from one place to another on time. Why cant you lay more tracks in the hugely populated Indo Gangetic plains, why cant you prepare clone trains to ensure that trains always leave on time? Why in winters, all the trains start 6-8 hours late, and go upto 20 hours late by the time they reach their final destination? Is railways only meant to be used in summers? Its has become a crime to expect a train to be right time in India. Wonder when the government, which is busy new gimmick schemes like Swach Bharat, will take care of one of the most fundamental needs of its people, transportation. Take steps to root out corruption and bad administration from railways. Let there be enough trains for people, and let those trains run at right times. Thank you
