About LEAD Prayana: LEAD Prayana is a leadership adventure on wheels that takes100+ individual participants to eight different destinations over a twelve day period (January 9th-January 23rd). Through this journey, our hope is to unleash leadership potential in all participants as they come in contact with individuals who have either excelled in their area of expertise or who are currently working for the betterment of society. Participants of LEAD PRAYANA will have the privilege of interacting personally with the role models and learning from their love work. In our last journey of LEAD Prayana, we had 100 participants from 9 states who got the opportunity to meet Mr. Ratan Tata (Chairman TATA Sons), Mr. N.R. Narayana Murthy (Chairman Emeritus, Infosys), Mrs. Sudha Murty (Chairperson, Infosys Foundation), Dr. Veerendra Heggade (Dharmadhikari, Dharmasthala), Dr. Gururaj Desh Deshpande (Founder, Deshpande Foundation), Dr. Raghunath Mashelkar (FRS, CSIR Bhatnagar Fellow), Mr. Ramji Raghavan (Founder, Agastya International Foundation), Mr. Harish Hande (Founder, SELCO) and many more. This expedition is an initiative of LEaders Accelerating Development (LEAD) program of the Deshpande Foundation in Hubli Karnataka.
