Dear Lord Jesus, you did whatever you could to help your audiences – both those who believed in you and those who did not as yet believe. Help them appreciate the urgency that now is the time to listen and believe and act. Help us to get a sense of that urgency, as well. And even though it may seem as though we’re in a truce right now and our lives just slide along same as ever, it is urgent that we listen and believe for we have no guarantee of how many tomorrows there will be. Help us also to share the gospel with urgency because people need you. In your name we pray, Amen.
