Dear Lord, it is with a bowed down head that I come in humble submission. As I bow my head, my soul looks up to you with prayers of thanksgiving and praise. Lord, I praise your goodness and I pray to be a living sign of your generous love to spread amongst everyone and help them to love and live more closely with you. Lord if I havent done all you assigned me to do this day, I ask forgiveness. If I am not what you want me to be, mold me and make me into what will have me to be. I am so thankful that I know you and that I know of your goodness. It is good to know you Lord, you are my lily of the valley and a bright and shining star. We know that we have failed you, but in spite of.... we have not been as faithful as we should be, but in spite of... we have not loved others as we should have, but in spite of........., we have not always trusted you to fight our battles, but in spite of, in spite of all we do, you still love us and will forgive us!! As the choir sang, Nothing s too big for our God! Thank you God for a spirit filled day! Amen, amen, amen!!
