Dear Members and prospective new members, A few key items; Season Dates: Trials begin Sunday, 14 July 2013 at Byford Trotting Complex Racing Season begins Friday, 6 September 2013 at GPark Membership Renewals: Julie Suvaljko (Secretary) will be mailing relevant documentation to current members. You need to complete the forms sent to you and bring them with your membership payment at the first trial you attend. This is important for Insurance. Non-members wishing to join Be Active Pony Trots can contact Julie via email at [email protected]. Persons living in the Pinjarra area and south, should contact South West Pony Trots (via Facebook) as this is the pony trot club in your area. Use of Byford jog track: RWWA and the Byford Trotting Committee continue to support the pony trots and allow members to use their facilities. We in turn need to adhere to guidelines that they request us to follow. These guidelines will be sent with your membership documentation. Members wishing to use the Byford jog track need to be approved, so can you please let Julie Suvaljko know if you intend using the track during the season. Committee Position: There is one position available on the Be Active Pony Trot Committtee. If you would like to put forward your name on the Committee please contact Julie Suvaljko.
