Dear Microsoft, I have been on the phone with you for an hour and 22 minutes now trying to get Morgans computer problems resolved. Ive spoken with 2 people which I had to listen very very carefully to in order to understand them (they were NOT from Sampson Co.) and the issue still remains. I have been on hold for about 29 minutes now. Im now going to hang up on you because Im very frustrated and I probably wont be real nice to whomever may actually pick back up the line! Ps: please change your funeral home music... It gets boring after about 3 minutes!!
