Dear MoMo, hope this reaches you beyond heaven..No matter how long it has been, I love and miss you. It seem like yesterday I could hear youd say come here n let me see dem million dollar legs.. how u encouraged me to go to college, n told my daddy to cut my tail.. Or how I walked to your house everday from Southern.. & yu & bird use to greet me at the road. How we used to drink coffee wit some white bread. Countless days & nights we played hide n seek outside til it was dark. Thinking bout when we went to the candy lady house & yu walked thru the field wit a butcher knife in one hand & a switch n the other. Or how u tell us to hush cuz Daffy Duck was on & u were crazy about that duck. Momo you were the strongest woman I knew, you aint take nothing off no one man or woman. You loved us all the same. Im just grateful to have had a God fearing grandmother who didnt believe in sparing the rod. You instilled so much in your grandkids they act just like you.. I loved you more than you know.Hopefully, you already knew. I would give anything to walk down Avenue B just to see you again. I know you are watching over us hoping we all get it together. I pray thatll i see you again so I can hear yu say. Now would yu look at dem legs .. I Love You Forever & A Day!!!
