Dear Modi Ji, You are bringing so many changes in the country, youve changed IRCTC, youve changed the Railways, clean india is on the cards. its time you do something about State Bank of India. I believe there must be better ways to keep the senior citizens of the country engaged than let them deal with customers of Indias largest bank. we manage to keep our cool within the bank, but the frustration certainly comes out somewhere else. Trust me sir, this is just not an individual speaking but a common voice of all those who dont have any such influence to get their work done by entering the managers cabin.
