Dear Motorola India, you have by far some of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ive ever seen. I dropped my brand new Moto X into a pool and your service centres have refused to replace its motherboard since its not under warranty. THATS FINE. I offered to pay for it and the service centre REFUSED. Ive been running around Delhi trying to fix it and NO ONE ELSE IN THE COUNTRY HAS THE PART, meanwhile your service centre continues to refuse any renumeration for fixing my brand new phone. (wtf???) Last but not least, your Regional Head of Delhi, Mr. Praveen Kumar has been avoiding my calls since the past week!!! Your customer service told me to call him in the first place! I honestly regret buying a Moto X. Yes, its a beautiful phone but your customer service has ruined the entire experience. Hence, Im going to urge anyone and everyone I know not to buy a motorola phone till you do something about your customer service.
