Dear Mums, Dads and kids of the development squads I certainly hope you have enjoyed the development sessions to date. The last session is set down for Tues 26th November. We will finish a little earlier that night and have a sausage sizzle at 6.30pm. This session will take place regardless of the weather. St George Bank will be there on that night as they are presenting the club with a $1000 cheque to go towards our purchase of a Cardiac Defib Unit. St George will be providing the BBQ trailer, bread and sausages with the $2 from every sale going directly towards more funds for the unit. NOW...... I know the development sessions were completely free BUT ...if every family could find it in themselves to donate $10-$15 on the night then we would have enough money to be presented with the Cardiac Defib Unit there and then !! The contributions will be totally voluntary but I think it would be a nice way of thanking all the coaches who have freely donated so much time and effort to these sessions.
