Dear RM (18+), I want to be anonymous! After my son was born in July of last year. His dad hasnt came over since bring discharged from the hospital but then my sons dad comes over once in August and once in September and then I took our son to go see him and his family in another state during the same month in September and I told him that our child eats every three hours and not say its 12 o clock he eats at 3, he should could 3 hours from the last feeding time but he forgot to feed our child but his aunt tells me he has experience from his oldest son so when my son and I lefted to go home and at the time my son barely turned 2 months but since then our son hasnt seen his dad in almost four months (my son will be 6 months on the 22nd of this January) but calls to see how his son is doing. I have asked his dad when will he come back to see his son but when he say he will he never shows up so I stopped asking and its not like Im stopping him from coming to see his child but when I told his dad about himself not being involved with our child he gets mad and tells me hes going to take me to court but then when Halloween was coming up he told me he wanted our child and I to come over so that he could celebrate his oldest son from a previous relationship birthday/Halloween party but then changed his mind and said he just wanted our child there but then said my aunt said did I still want to attend and I said he we were coming so then his dad changes his mind again nd told me he was coming to get his son only and I told him well since he cant make up his mind that I changed my mind and said that our son wasnt going and that following Monday I went to file for full custody but now his dad calls and asks for me to send him pictures nd asked me was it ok if he came over to see his son the week of xmas and on xmas day and I said yes but then calls that Monday saying how he want pictures to see how big his son has grown and that he he still coming by the week of xmas. I guess he thought he was doing me a favor by if I send him pics he wouldnt have to come see him but once again he never called or showed up making broken promises and calls when he wants to see how his son is doing..his dad has schizophrenia and smokes weed heavy..I need advice on what to do? And thoughts about the situation. Is there a chance of getting custody?
