Dear Richard Sherman, I have two sons and they are great boys ... Sometimes they do good things, some times they do bad things. Son, good job I would say; son, thats wrong and do not do it again! Son, that was good but next time say it like this! Son, I love you but that is unacceptable! Son, I understand the situation and your anger but we dont behave like that. Son, you have great talent and you can go far but you have to listen. You are my son and I love you regardless but it is important that you represent yourself and family well especially in the public!! Son, people may applaud your talent and gifts but I will not accept you behaving less than a man! Yes, son... Ill always be there for you, right or wrong ,...but tonight, yes we all make mistakes and You were wrong! Keep pushin Son!!! ... Mr. Sherman if you were my son, friend, mentee or brother this would be my message to you!!! Mr. Sherman, I work with young men across the country and this is and will be my message to them also! Happy Martin Luther King Day son ... he died so that we can have such platforms understand the responsibility which comes with it!
