Dear Sales Leaders, Welcome back after a well deserved rest from AVON! I want to start by thanking everyone for their hard work last year. Most of you have grown your teams and have earned more money than the previous year. That is the aim - to give ourselves a well deserved raise every year!! I am very excited about AVON and growing my AVON business again. I must admit that from time to time we do loose focus and frustrations and problems do cloud our view of our end goal, but with all the exciting changes we can benefit so much more. I would really like to encourage you all to think about your goals for this year again. If you are not sure how to plan to reach them, let me know and I will sit with you to do a year and then monthly planner on how to reach the goal that you have set for yourself. 2014 was a difficult year and had its challenges, but when I look back and see how much my commission has increased from the previous year, I must asure you that it is defnitely worth the effort to just push on and persevere. I am now seeing the fruit of 5 years hard work. Looking back - it was defnitely worth it! The first Sales Leader Meeting was at Rita last Saturday. She will have a meeting every first Saturday of the month, so please keep them open. I am also going to have a sales leader training every month at my house, especially for all the new sales leaders starting now. This months will be on 24th of Jan from 9am to 10am Please let me know who will be there that I can have enough paperwork for everyone. Campaign end will fall on the last day of the month, even if it is in the middle of the week. When month end falls on a Saturday or Sunday it will be on the Saturday as it was now. Sales Leader Conference away for two days, meals and accomodation included @ R650. It is on the 11 and 12th February. There is still places available. Please check your held order reports - when someone is on hold because they are inactive, please send an e-mail to avonregistration.queries@avon and ask them to reinstate the account. It does not happen automatically. WHAT IS CHANGING IN 2015? Admin increase from R20/box to R21/box Return book from R25 to R30 Sales Leader Bag from R200 to R225 - code to order it on has also changed to 06247 (it consists of x5 starterpacks, returns book, Believe and Achieve Books, Flyers, Sales Leader Flyers, Advanced Leader Training Manual) New PC and AC points has not been finalized for 2015. They will send it as soon as it has been decided. Also finalized PC and AC points for 2015 has not been sent out yet. AVON is changing over to a new system, so Gi3 will be off from time to time (as on Monday), but they do tell us before the time with messages on Gi3. ALM will be off from 22 January. You will see the Leads system is already down on ALM and you have to opt in again - now on front page of Gi3. The New Advanced Leadership System will be up and running from March - that is the plan. All reps must buy their own credit books this year and you must learn them how to complete credit notes. From middle of the year they will no longer give their credits to us anymore, but will send it back via couriers. To make this work, everone will need to learn how to properly fill out the credit notes. MISTAKES IN BROCHURE: p. 7 - must put in the code for the buffer for R9 if they want it. It will not be included automatically. p. 22 - Hand Cream is in stock but in first weeks boxes it showed out of stock. They must just call call centre and ask them to recapture. It is in stock. p. 32 - Ayanna NL and ER is Sold Out p.81 - Green Wallet is also Sold Out Thats all the news for now. Love Ndai
