Dear Sir/Madam I have recently joined the team at Bally Vaughan Animal Sanctuary as a volunteer and I have been tasked with fund raising for the needs of the animals in our care, which consists of lions, leopard, hyena, Servals, crocodiles, bush baby, mongoose, Parrots, Ducks, Marmosets, to mention a few from our many Residents. We therefore write to extend our invitation to you requesting your participation in our golf day at the Country Club, Harare Course Friday 6th June 2014. We are looking at turning this into an annual event so this will be the first of many. It will only cost you $250 to enter a team with corporate sponsorship available on each hole. This will include Green Fees, Caddy Fees, Lunch/Snack, 3 course dinner, a goody pack, and a cap. The competition will be a 4 Ball Mexican Hat. We believe this is an excellent opportunity for you and your business partners to support the Bally Vaughan Animal Sanctuary whilst also enjoying your favourite pastime. This is a networking opportunity which you cannot afford to miss. In addition to entering teams, Corporate and individuals are invited to advertise on any Tee Box, Holes and/or greens as follows: 2.1 Prime Tee Boxes-Holes 1, 10 and 18 US$250.00 2.2 All other Tee Boxes US$ 200.00 2.3 Club House registration and meals areas US$ 100.00 2.4 Prime Putting Greens (holes 9 and 18) US$ 100.00 2.5 All other Putting Greens US$ 50.00 Allocation will be on a first come first serve basis therefore it is imperative that you respond early to secure your favourite position We are also appealing for donation in cash or kind for the prize table and auction to be conducted during the prize giving ceremony. These could be in the form of hampers, products, accommodation and/or travel vouchers. Donations are also welcome from those unable to sponsor a team. If you are unable to participate or sponsor a prize, you wish to support Bally Vaughan Animal Sanctuary in your own different way, please feel free to advise us. The Golf Day is being undertaken as part of a number of fundraising activities that will enable Bally Vaughan Animal Sanctuary to carry out a number of projects that are earmarked for 2014.
