Dear Southwest Airlines, thank you for completely cancelling my transaction, and clearing my search, purchase, etc. when you noticed that I was booking a second flight within minutes of the first. I really appreciate that youre looking out for me. Of course I actually WANTED to book that second flight, and Ill have two more to book after that. But, hey, at least youre keeping me from accidentally booking twice, because Im sure theres no way we could fix that. And now Ill try the entire process from the beginning again, and hope that you actually let me finish the process. Thanks, Corporate Travel Agent
