Dear State Boards and senior members of IMASW, election for National Governing Body 2014-2015 is going to be held on 19th January at IMAHQ from 4.30-5.30 pm. Post that are open for election are 1.Hon. President 2.Hon.Sec. General (Must be in Final year or less ,outside NCR) 3.National Secretary (Must be in Final year or less, NCR) 4. National Coordinator 5. Finance Secretary 6. Jt Secretary (2) 7. Jt Finance Secretary (1) 8. Regional Directors ( Each from 1 Zone) 9. Vice Presidents (Each from 1 Zone) 10.Head Research Wing 11. Public Relation Officer 12. Media Spokes Person Eligibility- A legitimate member of IMASW/ IMSA with previous experience of 2 years with IMASW or College union or National Organization can nominate themselves . They have file nomination by 16th Jan Midnight and also submit motivational letters for their nomination on particular post(With In 300 letters).All letters to be submitted to imasw2014@gmail and keeping a copy to hsgima@gmail for clarity of the process. One person can stand for only one post at a time. Eligible Voters- Central Working Committee members, 3 from each state as registered in IMASW HQ can vote. Vote can be done physically at the venue or by SMS from registered mobile no during the time. Ph no for SMS voting will be uploaded on 18th January.
