Dear Steven, NDP 2015 Leaders, Teacher Poh Soon and brother Amos, Happy New Year 2015 and a good day to you all. What happened if there are some Community Centres members who really not wealth of and are not IT equipped at their home such that they really totally dont have the following: 1) any internet access at all; 2) any Facebook account at all; 3) any 3G, 4G or 5G mobile phone at all; 4) any Whatsapps account at all; 5) any WeChat account at all; 6) any LINE chat account at all; 7) any online messager account at all; except that they only have normal 2G mobile phone with standard SMS function, yet they got the passion to perform and really wish to join our PA NDP 2015 performing contingent for our Singapore SG50 birthday, being part of our big family at Padang field performing together with us; please kindly advise how can these groups of people can join us and get notify by us??? Your kind assistance and advices should be much appreciated. I believe in about 2 months time, we will be starting to recruiting for NDP 2015 participants immediately after Chingay Parade 2015. A lot of ex-participants and new participants are eager to join us as this year is a special celebration for our Singapore SG50. Looking forward for your soonest advise.
