Dear Tiger Sharks Families- Now that the first swim meet is done, we get to do it again on Monday! AWESOME!!!!! Location: Twin Creeks Pool Teams: Maxwell Creek & T Bar M Warm-up starts @ 4 p.m. 4 – 4:15 = ages 9 & under / 4:15 – 4:30 = ages 10 & over Please be at the pool before warm-up to find a spot under the team tents Meet starts @ 5 p.m. Now’s the time to go online to enter your swimmer(s). Deadline to enter is Saturday, 12:00 p.m. noon. The online tool will close for this meet after 12 p.m. Below are new guidelines for meet entries. This is to minimize on-deck entries Monday morning after event numbers are written on swimmers’ arms. 1. Swimmers can swim 3 individual event + 1 relay OR 2 individual event + 2 relays. 2. Please enter your swimmer(s) in relays, especially the Freestyle Relay (the first relays of the meet). Relays are fun, develop diving skills, and encourage team camaraderie. 3. ALL ENTRIES ARE FINAL. No changing individual events Monday morning. 4. We will only make changes in Meet Manager (swim meet software) Monday morning if: I made a mistake. Not swimming due to a sudden illness/injury/family emergency. To create new relays. 5. *NEW for Monday morning*: Please bring your entry CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR pull it up on your Smartphone to confirm your entries. · No confirmation email = no meet entry. · I will notify you that I received your entries via a return email. · If you do not receive a confirmation email from the online entry tool within ONE HOUR of submitting, please email or text me (no voice messages, please). This is to ensure that no entries get lost in cyberspace. · I will post the WAIT LIST FOR RELAYS Monday morning so you know if your swimmer(s) is not entered in a relay. We will create new relays Monday morning from this list. · You need to be at practice Monday morning. I cannot confirm anything via email or text messages on Monday due to my coaching & teaching schedule and our heat sheet creation deadlines.
