Dear Time Warner: "After more than 30 minutes of trying to sort out an install order and having a supervisor subsequently yell at me on the phone, rest assured I have no intentions of ever doing business with Time Warner. I am appalled at the atrocious customer service. Never should an agent for a company present him or herself in such a manner. It speaks volumes of the individual and of the company they represent. Again, as a direct result, I will never do business with Time Warner. Rectify the situation and I may reconsider. But until then, I will deal with local companies for the services I need." I just submitted this feedback on the Time Warner site. Does it make me feel better? Maybe a lil.
