Dear UPMC: Obviously nobody of any internal import ever calls your general telephone number, because the quality of your answering service is awful. The people who eventually answer the call are very pleasant and helpful, but the inevitable 5+ minute wait spent listening to two crackling, squelchy hold songs is an insult. (Seriously, two songs? You dont have enough money to buy another few songs for your hold line? Or to fix the wretched audio quality of the songs?)
