Dear United airlines. Let me start this by saying rude counter agents suck. You plain was going to be two hours late causing me to miss my 45 lay over. I was not excited to run from plain to plain but hey that is business travel. First your phone agent in India was VERY hard to understand and after 30 min on the phone we got disconnected. Second NO was at the customer service desk. I found someone she was unwilling to help me. Then I found some one else she was very grumpy. I have no choice on when I have to get to my destination again this is for work. You did get me on a flight with another airline however I am now getting there at 6am tomorrow morning. Spending 7 hours in Phoenix. With wifi I have to pay for. No comp for dinner and nothing of value for my time. United you suck.
