On this note, we are pleased to announce the following system upgrades: Automated Email Response: New clients shall receive an automated email reply upon account activation. Clients will find their login information in this email. In order for us to serve you better, please provide us with accurate email information during registration. Transaction Password: As part of our 2 layer enhanced security, clients are required to set their “Transaction Password” which will be required when performing critical transactions. You are advised not to share this password with others. Login Using Alias: Clients can now log in using either their Alias or Member ID. However, our system only recognizes a Member ID login to perform crucial transactions like fund transfer. This is to reduce the likelihood of erroneous fund transfers to Aliases with close resemblance. Separation of Monthly Sales and Total Sales: We have upgraded the system that previously grouped both the figures on Clients’ Placement Genealogy. This information is now clearly segregated into Total Sales Completed and Month to Date Sales. Clients can expect the above-mentioned system upgrades before 16th July 2013, 2359hrs (GMT +08:00). On a side note, an internal glitch occurred with our pricing system during the testing phase recently. It was identified on 15th July 2013 at 1726hrs (GMT +08:00) and rectified by 2209hrs the same day. We would like to assure you that no members would be affected by the glitch and all transactions made during that period are valid.
