Dear World, We can finally say WE ARE READY for our forever home: one that includes a loving, warm-hearted, human (or several), one warm lap (or several) for falling asleep on anytime of the day, an open spot on the family couch, and of course a backyard (front yard works too) where we can sniff and explore and tinkle whenever we want. We love chew toys, please please let them be plentiful. And we would love love love to go with our human(s) everywhere he or she goes especially if it involves the car or a walk to the corner -- anytime is adventure time! Weve come to realize this isnt too much to ask, dear world. Its true we are street smart and scrappy. We survived the tough back alleys of Atwater and Frogtown for the first 8 months of our little peanut lives. And we did aight -- only because Cherry is so damn friendly and Penny is so dang scrappy. But we gotta admit, were getting used to this being pampered deal. All the kisses and cuddles are seriously sinkin in. So..... it would be super duper awesomely sweet if that could continue....because....the in the last 2 months, weve gone a little soft and...weve changed. We are ready -- ready for real commitment. The kind that lasts. No more street-wise-tricks-turning for us. No sir-ee. Oh, and Olive and Ella are starting to seriously suggest its time for us to hit the bricks. So, dear warm-hearted human... please get a move on. We havent met you yet... but we miss you already.
