Dear all, Apart from the basic candidate selection criteria, there should be a very strict filtering cut off for age and education. There can be a point system for all qualifications including social experience for AAP candidates. For example: Education: Degree - 10 Points, PG - 10 points, Professional Degree - 25 points, Professional PG - 25 points, Ph.D - 25 points, bellow degree not qualified Age: 20-45 - 25 points, 45-60 - 10 points, above 60 not qualified. Social Experience: Member of any NGO - 25 points, Recognized Social Activities - 25 Awards for social cause: Won any state awards - 25 points, national awards - 25 points Public opinion poll - Own village / town (per 1000) - 25 points, own electoral area (per 500) - 25 points Vision presentation: Malayalam: 25 points, English : 25 points Public Speech: Malayalam: 25 points, English : 25 points Above example is my view and is not AAP view and this can be discussed and take into consideration, if found good. #AAP Regards, Najeem M Illyas Team AAP
