Dear all, I am posting information about TOEFL tests on some of the group pages. The intention is to help spread the word to our fellow Afghans who are not aware that the this service is available in Afghanistan. I personally feel obliged to help them not pay thousands of dollars to travel to neighboring countries just to take the test. Luckily, wit the span of few months, we have three to four test centers not only in Kabul but also in provinces, which is a great help to students in Afghanistan. The intention is not to promote ELCS or generate income from this by misusing the groups (This is not the culture at ELCS). All these test centers serve as TOEFL Test Administration sites, not revenue generation machines. If for some reason it is posted on your group, please delete it right a way without hesitation. We will find alternatives ways to spread the word to our fellow Afghans. We deliver what we promise!
