Dear all, On the behalf of my landlord, there are two spacious rooms in a 100m2 three-storey independent house for a COUPLE (or two individual persons) , starting from the end of December 2014 or January 2015, negotiable). You will share the house with two TUD master students. The house is located in a beautiful, quite and safe neighbourhood in Delft and its close to all public transport (3 min waking for tram and bus station, 6min walking for Delft Zuid station). 3min walking to the supermarket, 10 mins biking to TUD. There are a spacious living room, a big open kitchen and a beautiful garden with a cubby and bike shed on the ground floor equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and central heating system. These two rooms are on the first floor (20m2 and 9m2). The monthly rental for a COUPLE is 550 exclusive. The cost of gas/electricity/water/internet/tax will be no more than 80 euro per month per person . Registration in the city hall is available after signing the contract with landlord directly. If two individual people want to rent these two rooms, the rental for the big room is 420euro/month, the small one 200 Euro/month. I will go Eindhoven for working, so maybe if you want the furniture, I can sell all of them to you at a reasonable price list to make it easier to have the room furnished. Its a really cozy typical dutch family house, not an apartment. Neat and quite friendly people as well as long-term contract will be our landlord’s preference.
