Dear all This is a short email as the rehearsal schedule went out earlier in the week. (It is attached below in case you need it) The concert! I have attached the poster for the concert below (kindly and beautifully made by Aaron). Please print and post it everywhere and anywhere (legal) where you think people might see it! We still need to sell tickets! Dont leave it till the last minute, get friends and family involved now! Its only £6 for students so no reason not to! Tickets online, or via anyone in the committee after rehearsals! It will be an awesome concert, all of us and Clare have worked really hard this term and it the quality of the music reflects that beautifully! Lots of love to all of you! Enjoy the sunshine! All the best Johan Email from Clare with running order: Dear All, Thanks so much for your attendance and positive contributions at last Mondays AGM. And special thanks to Chan Ning and the String players for their marathon rehearsal on the Mozart. The priority now is to sort all aspects of the concert on 22nd March so that it is a fitting reflection of your diligence and enthusiasm . 1. All those who want to perform chamber music on 22nd need to email me immediately with personnel, title of piece and its duration . I MUST have this information before Monday. 2. If you have missed rehearsals over the past few weeks , it is absolutely imperative that you attend rehearsals from now on if at all possible. Please let us know if you cannot and use the practise aids that have been sent ( cyber bass for choir parts) Rehearsal schedule for next Monday 10th March Solo vocal group 5pm Basses - vocal warmup - in the crypt if chapel busy. Do it yourself if I am held up. 5.15 Tenors join and warmup - work through all solos 5.30 sopranos and altos join and warmup - brief rest for men -3mins 6pm ALL CHOIR - warmup - leave first 3 rows of Chapel free for orchestra 6.30 Mozart Orchestra - including timpani - come in and set up in the front of the Chapel 7.30 Rest of orchestra join to rehearse Johans piece with choir - until around 8pm. 8pm - 9pm Choir leaves - orchestra rehearses Rimsky- Korsakov. So that this schedule moves smoothly please arrive 5minutes before the start time and unpack at the sides of the Chapel. Thanks very much for reading this and for all your efforts so far .
