There will be a Residents’ Committee Centre (Block 471B void deck) and a childcare centre (Block 470C void deck) at this development. Hougang Parkview is also easily accessible by bus to the Hougang Town Centre, where the Hougang MRT station, bus interchange, Hougang Plaza, and Hougang Mall are located.
