Dear colleagues. I wish to bring to your attention the plight currently facing our brother Collins Okinyo. His month old daughter—Princess— is admitted at the Aga Khan hospital in Nairobi, where she is undergoing treatment for kidney complications. Princess has been in the ICU for the past week, and this has raised the hospital bill to over a million shillings, and counting, presently. Worse still, Collins insurance cover has since lapsed, and so he will be forced to foot a majority of the bill from his own pocket.
