Dear colleagues, please prioritize your safety at this time. If you cannot report for work due to the impassable roads, please contact your supervisor to inform him/her. Let your supervisor know, too, if you are affected (ex. homes flooded, stranded somewhere on the road) so that HR can monitor your situation and provide assistance if and when necessary. If you are stranded at the office, again, let your supervisor know that you are unable to leave or choose to stay for safety reasons. Your supervisor may facilitate requests for food and/or sleeping bags from Facilities, and if necessary, accommodations for you. We cannot over-emphasize that you need to contact your supervisor to inform them of your situation and needs.
