Dear driver of a newer white ford truck who was driving down Bluff towards Gresham last night your redneck self should be glad that you didnt kill or horribly injure my husband last night. Speeding and crossing lanes to the opposite side of the road as you came upon him, who by the way was running in complete reflective gear with head lamp and flashlight and getting so close to him you hit his arm with your mirror. I realize you are probably passed out right now since you were high or drunk out of your mind to do something like that but I am still a little beside myself how people think it is funny to drive close to runners or try and scare them off the road when there have been so many recent deaths and near deaths with idiot and impaired drivers hitting people. So yes be glad that you didnt hurt or kill him because that would be a whole lot of horrible to deal with in your life not to mention I would be after you. See I for the most part am a nice friendly person, but hurt someone I love and you will pay or at least I have great pleasure in imagining it all playing out that way. unfortunately the two police cars who were staking out the streets didnt find you. It will catch up to you someday, hopefully not at the life of someone else. Have a good day and I hope your hangover is awful! and whoever this may apply to out there, dont drink or drug and drive (and that includes marijuana since a side effect of it is a slow response time). -one unhappy wife of an ultra runner
