Dear family and friends, Today Kevin went to a head trauma doctor for a follow-up visit. We were thankful Kevin was seen today because earlier this week, they wanted to reschedule for June. Kevin passed the cognitive tests from Dr Swartz - really nice guy! We struggled with some of the questions (count backwards from 100 by sevens... really??) He passed the physical test. Long story short, Kevin is cleared to do anything that he wants as long as he gets back to a full schedule gradually, and without further headaches or dizziness. If he performs an activity, whether physical or mental, and he experiences a headache or dizziness, he should discontinue that activity for at least 24 hours. Kevin will return to school on Tuesday. With six days of instruction and 3 days of exams left, we are not sure how things will workout. The faculty and staff at Northern Guilford HS have been very understanding and caring. Im sure they will help create a win-win. Thanks again for all the prayers, love and support. Our cup runneth over!!! You guys are amazing and we love you!!! Be Blessed and Bless Others
