Dear fellas can we take a step back and try to draw some parallels between the 1995 Oj simpson trial for the murder of his then ex wife nicole simpson brown in the USA and the Oscar pistorious trial currently taking place in our country.now during the oj simpson trial,the prosecution had him try on the bloody glove found at the murder scene to se if it would fit him.ojs defence team had argued the glove wasnt his size. It was a horribly stupid move by the prosecution,since then romours have circulated that oj was told by his defence team not to take his arthritis medication so his joints would swell.Also, because the glove was evidence and covered in blood,oj had to put the glove on over a latex glove. Bottom line is,oj couldnt get the glove on,leading to his defence lawyer Johnny cochran saying those famous words during closing statements,if the glove doesnt fit,you must acqit now oscars defence insist that those screams were from oscar as he screams like a woman when hes upset,could we see a situation where oscar is required to take the stand and scream?since there is a different between what we see and what we hear,could these witnesses be confused as to what they actually heard that night?we all need to remember that the burden of proof lies with the state here,they are the ones who need to prove beyond reasonable doubt that oscar pre-planed to shoot and kill his girlfriend,all the defence need to do is to create reasonable doubt and i think barry roux is doing a fantastic job in creating that doubt,all im saying is there is a big chance Oscar will walk,just like oj did in 1995.my two cents worth
