Dear friends, I am truly touched by the support I have received about my Air Canada experience via Facebook, calls, texts,legal advice, the sharing of my status..etc. I cannot thank you enough for understanding and supporting my decision. I have filed a police report and have posted a formal complaint to Air Canada however they only accept online complaints which is ridiculous. I have posted the status on their Facebook page in both English and French. If you have any other suggestions please do let me know. Thank you again, I truly appreciate the support.
