Dear friends, Ive uploaded the paper I presented at EUSPb just a couple of days ago, on 28 March. In this paper I reflect on our Russian constitution from a theoretical point of view. I look into the relationship between the constitution and constituent power, the quasi-emergency rule arising from the constitution, Bonapartist legitimacy attached to this constitutional order, contradictions of the constitution, and finally, the 2011-2013 protests as an ambivalent return of constituent power onto the scene. Hope you like it. I spent some two months preparing for this conference.
