Dear friends, Thank you all that have chosen to be part of the Nexgen family. As you know, we spent the last few months upgrading equipment at our towers sites due to the wonderful growth we have experienced. That included new radios for our backhaul, a new generator at our Red Oak tower with remote start so there is less chance of power outage and interruption of service and several customer equipment upgrades and adjustments to improve signal strength. Most of you will have seen better performance during peak hours. Our next round of upgrades will focus on more bandwidth at our circuit. This will ensure that we will never oversell our network as we grow. We would much rather have too much than not enough to serve your internet needs. Realistically, we want to take our oversell ratio from 4 to 1 and make it 3 to 1. It is what the trend of internet usage is swinging for and we know our market. It will be like taking a 2 lane highway and making it a 10 lane highway. Of course, there will be more cars coming on in the future but we will always try to upgrade before there is a traffic jam.
