Dear friends here on FB, Thank you for understanding, supporting, and seeing me as I emerge from the cocoon. My decade of contemplating Zen has been of the highest assistance in my transition from east coast to west coast and from male to female gender identity, but my network of tribal brothers and sisters of the Heart has been of the greatest support to my spirit. It means so much to have ancient tribe supporting and holding space for my higher resonant self, because to my dismay there are people very dear to me and special in my life who do not understand this process and at times react in fear and ignorance. As empathetic as I am this can be rather distressful and upsetting, yet I accept it all as challenges leading to a higher grade self. Sending my thanks to You All today ~
