Dear friends, thank you so much for all of your kind words and prayers for me and my family regarding the loss of my mother Virginia Torgerson. It has been especially hard for me since I am in Minnesota and not able to be with my sisters, but I am so thankful to my wonderful friends here with me in Minnesota who have provided me with love and support. What started off as a very difficulty morning is now behind me as I know my mom is in a much better place in Heaven with family and friends who have gone before her. John 14:1-4 “Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. And you know the way to where I am going.” (Jesus’ words) My mom was my hero and taught me how to love unconditionally and that everyone mattered. She taught me to be positive and to see the good in everything. At 93 she lived a good life and made the world a better place. I am truly going to miss her, but will do my best to continue to share her love with others.
