Dear international expatriates in China :) I would like to kindly invite you to participate in a survey that I am conducting as part of an academic study at the Friedrich-Alexander University in Nuremberg, Germany. The aim of the study is to explore how social networks and mentoring influence the cultural adjustment process. Therefore, I am surveying employees who are either working abroad right now or have just returned from an expatriate assignment. It would be great if you would take about 15 minutes to share some of your experiences by answering a set of questions concerning your most recent expatriate assignment.
