Dear people in my life! Zanzibar has been a lot better than Kenya so far people are a lot less pushy and rude… the school I am teaching at is really beautiful (pictures later), the weather is perfect, and there are bugs in our bed so we have been sleeping on the floor J and I don’t like sharing our blood :s, we have been going for beautiful runs on the beach… last night was so perfect we ran about a mile and a half to a place to go swimming… on one side was a double rainbow and on the other was a glorious sunset! Guys here keep calling me a man J’s new thing is he wants to do a marathon so maybe we will start training to do a marathon. The island is pretty small so we were thinking of getting bikes and biking around the island on weekends and finding all the beautiful places my co-workers are really great and next week I will meet the kids. Unfortunately I will be teaching English instead of science but I get to do science club with the kids for the last hour of school I eat a lot of coconut and delicious fruit… I have been experimenting with fermentation and I want to learn to make cheese, my kombucha is in a battle royale with some white foam mold so I might need to get some more i am really loving life here and I wish the people I love could share it with me
